Group Captain Anoop Sood (retd)
Group Captain Anoop Sood (retd) is a former Indian Air Force Officer with 34 years of experience in various capacities. He is a certified Pshychologist and a trained Commando from NSG Maneser. Having worked as an Air Traffic controller , he comes with vast experience as an administrator. He had been part of Defence Services Selection Panel and served at a number of SSBs for 07 years (Services Selection Boards) as a Group Testing / Interviewing Officer. He has interviewed almost 3000 candidates, some of whom are senior officers in Defence Services. He has been guiding students in Personality development and soft skills development for a number of years. Presently he is working as a Consulting Counsellor with ERA Foundation.
